Architectural Hardware Warranty
During the warranty period if (in the opinion of OZATAL Metals and Solutions Private Limited, India) if the defect is due to defects in the material or manufacturing defect, OZATAL or its Authorized Partner will, at its sole option, repair or replace the hardware free of cost, any defective components or parts of the product, subject to the terms and conditions described below:
LIMITED WARRANTY: Ozatal Metals and Solutions Private Limited warrants that its products sold in the GCC countries under the “OZATAL” assumed name are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 year from the date of shipment.
Repair or replacement of defective products during this period shall be the only remedy under the warranty. This warranty does not cover defects or damage as a result of improper use or maintenance, abuse, accident, ordinary wear and tear or shipping and handling.
RETURN: OZATAL will not accept the return of any goods without our written consent. Transportation charges on returned goods must be prepaid. Goods returned will be subject to inspection and evaluation prior to the authorized acceptance of the return of any item.
All notices of intent to return goods shall be made in writing and delivered to OZATAL within 14 days of receipt of the material. All authorized returns shall be made within 30 days after authorization. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a product deemed not resaleable within 90 days of return.
Made-to-order products or special orders are not subject to return or cancellation once production has started or three days after original order.
CIADMS All claims as to defects, errors or shortages shall be reported to us in writing within 10 days from receipt of the material.
Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and full details of the alleged defect and appropriate documentation which stipulates the date of delivery/installation, invoice number, the purchasers name and address and any maintenance records.
The purchaser acknowledges that the products are not indestructible and that some care and maintenance is necessary. Damage caused by circumstances beyond
the control of OZATAL will not be covered under warranty, including damage caused by exposure to abnormal conditions including temperature, water, fire, humidity and abnormal stress.
OZATAL assumes no responsibility for glass breakage, improper usage, failure of product on account of faulty installation or building construction or design, improper handling or failure to follow OZATAL guidelines in regards to installation and maintenance of the product.
In case of any dispute, this warranty is subject to jurisdiction of Ernakulam, Kerala, India Courts only
